Soulframe is the next game from Warframe developers Digital Extremes, and this new project that is inspired by Studio Ghibli’s Princess Mononoke looks to be the “mirror universe version of Warframe” set in a fantasy world.
Soulframe is a fantasy MMO with an emphasis on melee combat. Not exactly a sequel then, or even a spiritual successor, but having overseen the same game for a decade you can’t blame director Steve Sinclair for leaving Warframe behind to make something new.
